Please look through this packet before registering to be familiar with the information available to us for NYC 2023.

Cost & Payment Schedule

​

The full cost of attending NYC is $1800. For students attending there will be a $1000 sponsorship given from the church, leaving the cost to cover at $800 per student. This amount will be broken down into 3 payments as listed below. These payments will be made out to Calvary Church using the links below. Then our church will send in group payments to the district.

Drop off and Pick Up: ​

We will be leaving Monday, July 3rd and return Monday, July 10th. More specific times will be shared as we get closer to the event.

Hotel and Event Address: ​

We will be in downtown Tampa at the convention center. Our hotel address will be given once available!
