Camp Registration Requirements

#1. Fill out district registration form*. 

*DO NOT PAY HERE. We will write a church check for all students attending camp. You will pay using the link below.

#2. Pay for camp. Registration by May 18 is $220, by May 29 is $250, and after May 29 $300.

#3. Print and sign (and notarize where needed) the following forms required to attend camp. These forms are just due before we leave for camp.

Once Deposited/Applied​

To reserve your spot at camp, you just need to fill out a registration and pay. After that point, you have until we leave for camp to fill out the medical release form. These are available via the links above and are available as physical copies at the church. Camp payment is nonrefundable and student are not fully registered until payed.
